Adrian Mak
Biography
Adrian Mak is a Hong Kong and New York-qualified lawyer specializing in international arbitration and mediation. Adrian has served as tribunal secretary or junior counsel in over 30 international commercial, energy, and investor-state disputes before major arbitral institutions. He is a Panel Arbitrator for the International Commercial Arbitration Court in Uzbekistan and a Specialist Mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Center. Adrian works as a resource person for the Asian Development Bank to strengthen international dispute resolution capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region. His previous experience includes working as a trainee solicitor at Slaughter and May in Hong Kong.
Adrian’s academic work focuses on dispute resolution, international law, and technology. His research has been published by Cambridge University Press, Hart Publishing, and leading international journals.
