Established by Professor Anselmo Reyes SC, Dr. Kazuaki Nishioka, and Adrian Mak
Our goal is to advance the practice and understanding of international dispute resolution and private international law in Asia and beyond, through a blend of professional services and rigorous research.
We achieve our goal through three core initiatives:
- Arbitration, Mediation, and Expert Services: Serving as arbitrators, mediators, experts, and tribunal secretaries in complex cross-border disputes.
- Capacity-Building: Delivering seminars, workshops, and conferences aimed at judges, academics, practitioners, and students to enhance skills in cross-border dispute resolution and foster dialogue and knowledge sharing.
- Legal Research: Promoting extensive legal research across various domains, with a particular focus on private international law. Our members serve as editors of Hart Publishing’s “Studies in Private International Law – Asia.”
